Here’s how our tuning process works: First, send over your vehicle info and current calibration. We’ll check everything out and send back a revised file for you to flash. After that, run the requested test drive, record a datalog, and send it back to us. We’ll fine-tune the file and repeat the process until your vehicle is running perfectly!
-
Typically, I get a revision out within 12-24hours, but this can vary depending on workload. If you need it expedited, we can schedule that to happen if time is available. I could get your car race ready in an hour if you were prepared to get it done and we had the time booked, please plan ahead if time is short.

If you are using HPTuners, you will need your own HPTuners MPVI device, a wideband linked back to the MPVI device, the latest HPTuners VCM Suite BETA and a compatible laptop.
If you have a standalone, you will need the latest version of the software, connection cable, functioning wideband, laptop.

My standard operating procedure is drop off/pick up, as it gives me more time to perfect every aspect of your calibration. Of course I do understand if you don’t want to be without your vehicle, so if you need same day please inquire within.
*Some services can be same day and are noted as such.

Tuning sessions are reserved for tuning, not major repairs. Minor adjustments may be handled at our discretion if time permits. Any major repair will force a reschedule of the tuning session, you will be charged full price for the first tune and receive a discounted price on the return tune once repairs are completed.
-
Any modification to the airflow or fuel flow to the engine will result in the tune needing adjustment, please inquire within if you plan on performing part swaps post tuning.

For vehicle services, the time you select is your scheduled drop-off time, not necessarily when work will begin or be completed. Our drop-off and pickup process allows us to dedicate the time needed to properly complete your service without rushing the job.
-
Our standard procedure is drop-off and pickup. However, we understand that being without your vehicle isn't always convenient. Same-day service may be available depending on the work required and our schedule. Please contact us before booking if you need special arrangements.
-
Consultations require payment when submitting your appointment request. Custom tuning and fuel injector cleaning services are paid for at the time of service.
-
Please complete our tuning preparation checklist before bringing your vehicle in. Your vehicle should be mechanically sound and ready for calibration. Mechanical issues discovered during a tuning session may require repairs and rescheduling, potentially resulting in additional charges.
